Lumina Optics has ambitious growth plans in the high segment. This brand new store in Eindhoven consists of two floors. Both are used as retail space. Because of the staircase that is quite far forward in the store, it also invites you to take a look upstairs. The routing downstairs is such that the luxury sunglasses are sold in the front of the store and the prescription frames in the back. The sunglasses are largely secured by presenting them in subtle glass display cases. The refraction and workshop are located at the back of the store and are connected to the store by a transparent façade. Almost all furniture in this store comes from the FBS collection where the colors and materials are custom made. A small part of the furniture is custom-made, think of the bar and back cabinet, which required custom-made furniture due to its placement under the stairs. This modular structure allows the roll-out of the next store to proceed very quickly because 90 percent of the concept is transferable to another store. Smart both in terms of time and budget. Beautiful materials such as natural stone, warm wood, leather and linen wallpaper on the wall make the store a warm and luxurious experience.
