Smart jewellery store design for jeweller and workshop

For the new layout, we took a critical look at the customer flow and the use of the limited space. The staircase was moved to create additional sales space, and the separation between the store and workshop was also reconsidered. At the back of the store, space was created for a more personal customer reception, combined with the watchmaking and jewellery workshop. A transparent partition ensures that the craftsmanship of the workshop and goldsmithing behind the scenes remains part of the store experience. The design centres around the display cases and a spacious sales counter where several customers can be helped at the same time. This gives jewellery and watches all the attention, while the interior remains calm and uncluttered. By combining bespoke work with smart solutions for customer flow, presentation and storage space, an interior was created that fits both the collection and the historic surroundings of Bourg.
