Optics and audiology in one store concept

The new store has a largely glass facade. From outside, you can look deep into the store and immediately get an impression of the different presentations, materials and atmospheric sales areas. An important wish was that the store should not consist of one repetitive furniture system. Different atmospheres were deliberately allowed to alternate. Warm materials, dark accents, special floor details, carpet, greenery and comfortable seating create a cosy and almost homely appearance. In the central area, there are several places to calmly choose a pair of glasses and advise customers personally. In addition, there are faster sales areas, a spacious counter, comfortable waiting areas and a more secluded place for customers who want extra time and attention. Optics and audiology each have their own function and appearance, but share the same entrance and customer experience. With an area of approximately 230 m², there was room for examination rooms, workshop, storage, waiting areas and supporting functions without these taking away from the sales area. What is special about Mes Jolies Lunettes is the combination of two ways of furnishing a store. For specific elements and defining features, custom-made solutions from WSB Design were chosen. In other areas, furniture and presentations from the modular collection of Forbettershops were applied. The result is a large, warm and distinctive optical store with a clear regional function.
